In March of 2023 Gallant Industrial was honored to open our doors and welcome an exceptional group of young women attending El Campo High School. These ladies, decked out in their college gear and ready to learn, joined us as part of This One’s for the Gals, a nonprofit dedicated to educating women about available career opportunities in the energy, construction and manufacturing fields.

During their time here, our El Campo High School visitors toured Gallant Industrial’s La Porte, Texas, facility, got a firsthand glimpse at the work our crew carries out and asked insightful questions, too. We had the chance to further discuss everything from our jobs to the young ladies’ potential career paths — and the work required to get there — over lunch.

We think everybody learned something during the visit. Our guests gained insight into their future job opportunities and we saw just how driven our next generation of industry colleagues will be. It’s safe to say the industrial world will be in good hands.

The Gallant Industrial team would like to thank El Campo High School for allowing its students the chance to stop by and visit. We also wish to express our extreme gratitude to This One’s for the Gals for helping to spread word about the career opportunities available to young women interested in fields like ours. The future is bright for today’s students and companies, thanks in large part to the efforts of such organizations.
